Well I got 13 miles in on October 3 in about 2:30, which isn't great but it is more about logging the miles and time than trying to hit a pace. I should have run 6 the day before but I just didn't have the energy after being in FL. I had a really bad 5K yesterday, I probably walked half of it, my legs just felt really heavy. On a better note though, I did a strong 5 tonight and did the second half faster than the first half, which is always a good sign. I also offered a week in our FL house as a raffle prize this week to help raise money for the Breast Cancer fund. Hopefully that will get some legs, bad joke not intended. The big running test will be this weekend. I need to do 5 or 6 on Friday and 14 on Saturday. At least the weather is really cooling down, that helps me tremendously.
